Beef with Sour Cream and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • .5 pound Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 3 cups Noodles, cooked

Method

Fry beef and mushrooms till brown. Melt butter, add flour and blend, add sour cream stirring constantly. Pour meat into sauce and cook for several minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
