Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Frozen Hash Browns, cubed
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pint Sour Cream
  • 10 ounces Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Cornflake Crumbs, OPTIONAL

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9" by 13" oven safe pan. Sprinkle Cornflake Crumbs on top (optional).
2. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
