Method
Saute Onion in butter till tender but not brown. In a large bowl combine onion, rice, sour cream, cottage cheese, bay leaf, salt, pepper and green chili's. Turn into 9" baking dish Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree over for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. |
