Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 pound Longhorn and/or Colby Cheese

Method

1. White Sauce
2. Melt butter and add flour - Stir Add milk (slowly so it doesn't curdle) Add cheese Add salt and pepper Stir until melted (Don't Boil!)
3. Macaroni
4. Put macaroni in a pan of boiling salt water, cook, drain, and rinse in cold water. bake @ 350 degrees for one hour if warm 1.5 hours if from refridgerator.
