Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Finely crushed pretxels
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • .75 cups margarine, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 9 ounces cool whip, 8 oz works too
  • 6 ounces raspberry jello mix
  • 2 cups water, boiling
  • 20 ounces frozen raspberries, thawed and drained (mixed berries works too)

Method

Mix pretzel crumbs, sugar, and margarine. Spread in a 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min; cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and whipped topping. Spread over crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add raspberries. Thicken slightly in the refrigerator (thickens quickly)! Pour over cream cheese. Congeal.
