1. Texas Caviar Instructions: 3⁄4 C Cider Vinegar 1 tsp. water 1⁄2 cup Oil 1 c sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Boil these ingredients until sugar dissolves and cool |
2. Combine and drain: 1 - 15 oz. Can garbanzo beans 1 – 15 oz. can Black Beans 1 – 15 oz. can Black eyed peas 2 – 11 oz. cans white shoepeg corn 2 – 4 oz. cans chopped green chilies 1 – 2 oz. jar chopped pimento 1 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped red onion I usually let it sit over night. |
